Shipping

Orders (except custom products) are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Custom products

Custom products (from the Initial Collection, Allure Collection and Satin Collection) are made by hand, especially for you. Therefore, it takes around 2 to 3 business days to process. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

We offer free shipping to the European Zone countries on orders over €49. Check all information on free shipping and delivery, per country, here.

Once the order has been shipped, potential delays, are outside of our control.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (when available for your country) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order after 4 days of expected delivery, please contact us at hello@rosecajewelry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds & Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount (If you return only part of the order the delivery costs will not be refunded). Check our full policy on returns here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@rosecajewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
